Electrolux’s Kick-Off Meeting 2025 was created to strengthen organizational culture and inspire leaders to adopt an innovative, customer-centric mindset at all levels of operations. In a challenging multinational environment, the event needed to catalyze internal transformation, aligning diverse teams around common goals.

Our Approach

To make this happen, we carried out an intensive research phase, detailed planning, simulations, and adjustments. The event featured 4 simultaneous rooms, each hosting 30 Electrolux leaders in 4 rounds of immersion.

The activities were carefully designed to foster collaboration, co-creation, brand strengthening, a customer-centered vision, and the application of design thinking tools, transforming concepts into practical actions.

Impact Generated

The result was a dynamic, interactive, and engaging environment that inspired strategic reflections and aligned leadership around clear action plans for the year. The Kick Off Meeting 2025 was established as a milestone to renew the team’s energy and drive a culture of innovation, customer proximity, and cross-functional collaboration.
